How do I register an item?

Download the Ownich app, open it, and point your camera at the item's barcode, serial number, or QR code. The app guides you through the rest in under 2 minutes.

How do I verify a certificate someone sent me?

Visit ownich.io/verify and enter the certificate ID, or scan the QR code on the certificate with any smartphone camera — no account needed.

Can I transfer a certificate when I sell an item?

Yes. Open the app, find the item, tap "Transfer Ownership", and enter the new owner's email or Ownich ID. The full history is preserved.

My item doesn't have a barcode — can I still register it?

Absolutely. Ownich supports manual entry and photo-based registration for items without machine-readable identifiers, such as antiques or artwork.
