Ownich provides a digital certificate platform that allows users to: • Register digital ownership certificates for physical items • Verify the authenticity and ownership status of registered items • Share certificates with third parties via unique URLs and QR codes • Receive estimated market valuations for registered items Ownich is a record-keeping and certification service. We do not act as an insurer, financial adviser, or guarantor of any item's value or condition. Certificates issued by Ownich serve as a digital record of registration and do not constitute legal title or proof of ownership in a court of law.

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to: • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration • Maintain and promptly update your account information • Keep your password secure and confidential • Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently.

When you register an item on Ownich: • You represent and warrant that you are the lawful owner of the item or have the authority to register it • You agree not to register stolen, counterfeit, or fraudulently obtained items • You understand that Ownich does not independently verify ownership claims • You acknowledge that a certificate does not transfer legal title to any item • You accept that certificates are linked to your account and may be transferred only through the platform's designated transfer process Ownich reserves the right to remove or invalidate any certificate that we reasonably believe was registered fraudulently or in violation of these Terms.

Estimated market valuations provided by Ownich are: • Generated algorithmically based on category, brand, condition, and other factors • For informational purposes only and do not constitute financial or insurance advice • Not guaranteed to reflect actual market prices or resale values • Subject to change and should not be relied upon for financial decisions You should consult a qualified appraiser or financial professional before making any decisions based on valuations provided by the Service.

You retain ownership of any content you upload to Ownich, including photographs and item descriptions ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant Ownich a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, display, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. You agree not to upload content that: • Infringes any third-party intellectual property rights • Contains malware, viruses, or harmful code • Is defamatory, obscene, or unlawful • Misrepresents the identity or condition of any item We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms without prior notice.

You agree not to use the Service to: • Register items you do not own or have no authority to register • Commit fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity • Impersonate any person or entity • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service • Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service • Use the Service for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent • Circumvent any security or authentication measures

Ownich does not warrant that: • The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure • Any certificates issued will be legally recognised in any jurisdiction • Valuations will be accurate or reflect actual market conditions • The Service will meet your specific requirements

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ownich and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to Ownich in the twelve months preceding the claim, or £100, whichever is greater.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.
